Restrictions

Share your license
Your license is for you. Don't share your license key with others. Need more licenses? Buy more.
Reverse engineer
Don't decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code.
Redistribute
Don't redistribute Pontius or include it in other products for sale.
Remove protections
Don't circumvent or disable the license validation system.

If Pontius isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you. No questions asked.
Note: This guarantee is one per customer. If you request a refund, your license will be revoked. Abuse of the refund policy (repeated purchases and refunds) will result in the guarantee being withdrawn.

Updates & support
Updates included
Your license includes all updates within the major version you purchased. If we release v1.5, you get it. Major version upgrades (v2.0, etc.) may require a paid upgrade — we'll let you know when we get there.
Email support
We provide documentation and email support. You'll mostly be talking to Pontius — and helping us build out our own knowledge base.

Standard terms
The product "as is"
Pontius is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will meet every need or work perfectly in every environment. Email is complicated. We do our best.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Plain English: If something goes wrong, the most you can get back is what you paid. We're not liable for emails sent in error or missed messages. You're responsible for reviewing what Pontius (and your AI) does before sending.
Your responsibilities
- •Review before sending: You approve any emails sent through Pontius
- •Secure your credentials: Keep passwords and license key safe
- •Lawful use: No spam, harassment, or illegal activity
Termination
Your license continues indefinitely unless terminated. We may terminate if you violate these terms (sharing license, reverse engineering). You can stop using Pontius anytime — just delete it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
Who we are
Pontius is a product of Riku AI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. These terms are an agreement between you and Riku AI LLC.
