Field Reference

Field	Required	Description
`id`	Yes	Unique identifier for the template
`name`	Yes	Human-readable template name
`category`	Yes	Category for organization (support, sales, etc.)
`body`	Yes	Template body with optional placeholders
`subject`	No	Optional subject line template
`tone`	No	Tone of this template (casual, formal)
`tags`	No	Search tags for finding templates
`account_id`	No	Limit to specific account (null = all)
`use_count`	No	How often the template has been used
`last_used`	No	ISO timestamp of last use

Placeholders

Placeholder	Description

`{full_name}`	Contact's full name

`{details}`	Custom details filled by AI
