Not Required
Phase 3 is optional. Many users prefer staying in Phase 1 or 2, especially for business accounts. Only move here when you're genuinely comfortable.
What Changes
When you say "auto" at the start of a blitz session, the AI handles routine emails without asking. Your inbox of 50 emails becomes 5 that actually need you.
AI Does Autonomously
- Sends routine responses using templates
- Replies to known contacts with documented patterns
- Handles support tickets that match known issues
- Archives and organizes based on patterns
AI Still Asks About
- New contacts not in the knowledge base
- Anything involving money (always)
- Emotionally charged situations
- Emails that don't match known patterns
- When the AI is uncertain

Even in auto mode, the AI respects hard limits from your policies:
- VIP contacts — Some people always get human review
- Financial matters — Never automated
- Uncertainty — If the AI isn't confident, it escalates
Partial Autonomy
You don't have to go all-in. Consider:
- Auto for personal email, stabilizers for business
- Auto for support tickets, stabilizers for sales
- Auto for known contacts, stabilizers for new ones
Rolling Back
If auto mode isn't working, just say "stabilizers on" next session. Review what went wrong, add more specific patterns or policies, and try again when ready.
Success Metrics
You know Phase 3 is working when inbox review takes minutes instead of hours, there are no complaints about AI responses, and you only see emails that genuinely need you.
